Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Product Management AI Developer Intern to join our team. In this role, you will research, experiment, and create AI-based tools to drive efficiencies and insights, for our payment processing product managers. This is an excellent opportunity to understand more about product management, in addition to gaining hands-on experience with AI applications in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
All Visa roles require digital fluency, including the ability to work with emerging technologies such as Generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) to support everyday work.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct research on the latest AI technologies and methodologies applicable to payment processing product management.
• Learn about the Visa AI Platform and how Visa leverages industry-leading commercial AI solutions.
• Experiment with various AI models and algorithms to identify optimal solutions for enhancing efficiency and providing insights.
• Develop AI-based tools and applications that assist product managers in making data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product management tool sets.
• Analyze and interpret data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Document research findings, experiments, and tool developments for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and presentations to showcase your progress and findings.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field graduating December 2026 - August 2027.
• Strong communications skills, specifically, the absence of repeated grammatical or typographical errors, clear and concise written and spoken communications that demonstrate professional judgment.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and frameworks.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and generate insights.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Additional Information
U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated hourly range for a new hire into this position is $41 to $48 which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.

This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements
This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.
